We hope that this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe.

The best way we can stand together right now is to stand apart. Verve Group's response to COVID-19 reflects this sentiment. This article outlines how we will run business until we are provided with further information.

We're here to help you First of all we'd like to make it clear that we are here to help you throughout this difficult time. We will continue to provide regular updates on relevant information. If you're unsure about something in the meantime, you may always phone Verve Group on (08) 8120 4877 or email us on contact@vervegroup.com.au Client appointments We are introducing social distancing measures to halt the spread of COVID-19. We have a responsibility to our staff, clients and broader community to minimise our exposure to protect those who are vulnerable and to help flatten the curve. Due to the cloud-based nature of our business, we are already well-equipped to perform business as usual from home. Verve Group staff will be working from home where possible. From now on, wherever it is possible, we will be conducting client appointments via our free video conferencing program Zoom (similar to Skype) or by phone. Either our receptionist or the staff member that your appointment is booked with will send you a meeting link and instructions for Zoom prior to your meeting.  Documentation Any paperwork that needs to be signed will be done electronically, however if required we will post documentation to clients. We will provide you with instructions for this on an as-needs basis. Going forward We are being proactive with our current measures. As an innovative business, our service delivery will not be compromised if the Government introduces further lockdown protocol. Of course for the time being, we will not physically see you and shake your hand, but thanks to technology, we're always here to help.  Our response will adjust in line with official information. For updates on the Coronavirus please visit the Department of Health website. Thanks for reading this update. We appreciate your cooperation in this difficult time. Now go wash your hands, practice social distancing, stop hoarding toilet paper, ring your Grandparents instead of visiting them, and most importantly, stay safe.
