For a number of years we have asked you to login to a portal to retrieve documents and upload your files. We are now transitioning to a new way of collaborating with our clients.
As of the 1 December 2017 the Secure Returns portal that you login to will no longer be available. We will be using our online document management tool to collaborate with you instead.
So what does this mean for you?
For file uploads:
If we need to request Tax & Accounting source documents we will send you a file request through Xero. You will receive an email that will look similar to the below. Click Start Questionnaire. It will ask you to create a password (make sure it is a password you will remember) then just follow the prompts based on the query we have asked. If you have difficulties please give us a call!
Also if you need to send us a confidential document at any time you can upload documents simply by going to the client documents page on our website: vervegroup.com.au/client-documents or you can scroll to the bottom of any web page on our website and click the Client Document Upload button.
Once you are on the upload page simply drag and drop your file or click browse. Please be aware that documents need to be uploaded individually.
For confidential documents we send you:
If we need to send documents to you, you will receive an email from us with a password protected shared link. When you access this link you will then be able to download all the files we have shared with you.
What do you need to do now?
Nothing, when we need something from you we will request you to upload the files and when we need to share something with you we will send you an email with the link.
If you need to upload documents to us at any point you can do this by using the link on our website.
The aim of this new process is to make things easier for our clients and we will be here every step of the way to guide you through the process.
