Use of Company vehicles, plant and equipment -The use of Company vehicles is a privilege. Persons may be permitted to use Company vehicles as needed for the purpose of business. Persons must hold a current drivers license at all times and are not to operate any vehicle, plant or equipment that the person is not legally licensed to operate.

Use of computer, phone and e-mail - The Company property, including computers, phones, electronic mail, and voicemail, should be used only for conducting company business. Incidental and occasional personal use of company computers, phones, or electronic mail and voicemail systems is permitted, but information and messages stored in these systems will be treated no differently from other business-related information and messages.

Alcohol, drugs and law in the workplace -The Company is committed to providing a safe, healthy and productive workplace in accordance with requirements under the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare, Sexual Harassment, Bullying Harassment and Discrimination laws.

Expense Reimbursement - Persons travelling for business purposes are entitled to transportation, hotel accommodation, meals, and limited incidentals (for example, taxis and telephone calls) that meet reasonable and adequate standards for convenience, safety, and comfort. Other expenses such as fuel will be reimbursed where it is confirmed and approved as a work-related expense.

Flexible working arrangements - A request in writing may be made for flexible hours, patterns or locations or work that assist an employee to care for a child under school age. The Company will consider such requests on a case by case basis, in line with the NES legislation.
