Martin Pike, Principal BA (Ecc), Masters Business Administration 

Martin Pike is Principal Consultant for Verve Group, a business he started 15 years ago from Adelaide after completing his Masters of Business Administration.

Since then Martin has lived and worked in Darwin with his young family and has over 10 years experience working with businesses across the Territory.  Martin’s passion is finding out what’s key to making businesses tick by identifying and addressing critical ‘weak spots’ with owners. Martin’s style is relaxed but clear and his insights have helped many business owners from aviation to retailing, tourism to manufacturing. Martin’s motto is “straightforward business success”.

His business highlights includes negotiating a joint venture with a US firm, working with businesses who’ve gone on to win state export awards and assisting businesses become market leaders in their field.

Susan Lee, Senior Consultant BA (Vis Arts) , BA Comms

Susan Lee brings a wealth of experience living and working overseas and in regional Australia and loves diversity in her work.

Previous experience span retail and sales at David Jones, media production at ABC Radio, small business management and development, cross cultural and travel industries, marketing the Australia-Indonesia Business Council (SA), Nelson Holidays (UK), Tourism NT, regional tourism marketing for Flinders Ranges and Outback SA Tourism and contract management for the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Susan has spent the last six years living and working in regional SA and NT and is completing her Masters of Business Administration in Adelaide, while consulting for Verve.
